December Issue Now Fully Available

The latest issue of the Journal of Telecommunications and the Digital Economy, volume 11, number 4, December 2023, is now fully available on the JTDE website.  You can read it at https://jtde.telsoc.org/index.php/jtde/issue/view/42.

The issue includes the Charles Todd Oration 2023, given by Rob Nicholls, a major event in the TelSoc calendar.  It also has a speech given to TelSoc by Cynthia Gebert, the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman.  Both speeches concern telecommunications regulation.

As usual, there is a wide variety of other papers: three related to the Digital Economy; six in the Telecommunications section, including an interview with Teresa Corbin, Telstra's Chief Customer Advocate; and a Discussion paper.

There is also an obituary for John Burke, who was an active member of this Journal's Editorial Advisory Board until shortly before his death.

The full issue will be freely available to TelSoc members on the TelSoc website by early in the new year.
