This Special Issue seeks to unite accomplishments related to Li-Fi technology with hybrid network systems for high-speed, secure indoor communications. We invite original and innovative works on theories, architectures, methodologies, algorithms and their implementations. Topics may include network design, security and privacy mechanisms, handover strategies, interference management or deployment in actual smart applications.

You are invited to submit your papers.  Submissions are due by February 20, 2026.
