December 2024 Issue Now Available

The latest issue of the Journal of Telecommunications and the Digital Economy, volume 12, number 4, December 2024, is now available on the JTDE website.  You can read it at https://jtde.telsoc.org/index.php/jtde/issue/view/46.  TelSoc members should wait until the issue is available on the TelSoc website.

The Charles Todd Oration 2024, given by Will Irving, is published as a Special Interest paper.  It provides the full text of the Oration, together with the Question & Answer session that followed.

There is one Public Policy paper on the effects of broadband availability on economic growth.  There are three papers in the Digital Economy section and two in the Telecommunications section.  As usual, a wide variety of topics is covered.

There are also two book reviews, an historical reprint, and a reflection stimulated by the reprint.   The full issue will be available as part of TelSoc membership in early January.
